htmlspecialchars() ...error in CCGV

After installing the CCGV contribution, everything works fine except on the checkout page I get the following error on step 3:

 

Warning: htmlspecialchars() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /path/includes/functions/general.php on line 42

 

I don't see anything unusual on this line, but I'm not a programmer myself.

 

Anyone got any ideas? I'm supposed to go live tomorrow! arghhhh!
