Try deleting all Temporary Internet Files and all Offline Content from your browser via Internet Tools, and also set your browser to always look for the latest version of pages you visit. You can also check in includes/languages/english.php to see if you find 'USD' listed as the currency, and if you do edit it to 'GBP' Vger
