Making Drop Downs in checkout_payment.php

Hi I would like to know the file that handles the form areas for the credit

card information in checkout_payment.php.

I have added CVV options and Issue Number options

but instead of the user typing the issue I would like them to choose from

a dropdown box.

Also choose which card type they are using

 

Really I want it the way the Expiry Drop down works.

I just can't find the file that is creating those fields :blink:
