configure.php warning in catalog

Hi, just opened the catalog for the first time. Get this message:

 

Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: /customers/kjolebutikken.com/kjolebutikken.com/httpd.www/nettbutikk/includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file.

 

I tried to change properties for catalog/include/configure.php file from 644 to 444 but I'm not allowed. It falls back to 644 again.

 

What else can I do to get rid of the warning message?
