Hi, I've just finnished post installation. It says to passwordprotect the admin directory. Is this the admin folder under catalog (/catalog/admin) ?

I've made one file named htaccess.php and one htpasswd.php and one html file for the error message.

How can I test this?

I am not asked for password when I open the admin folder or when I enter the adminitsration tool in oscommerce.

Somebody know?

Go onto your website cpanel, click "password protect directories" and find the folder that you wish to set new permissions for. After making the changes via the cpanel and .hta access file will be automatically generated.
