Uploaded images permissions on IIS

Hi All

 

Hope you can help me with this problem its been driving me nuts all day.

 

I have set up os commerce to run on my windows 2003 and it runs great, except that when you upload the images for the products pages they do not display. the files have uploaded fine and are in the right place and the link to the image file is correct as well, but the just do not display. the server sends back the following error.

 

"HTTP Error 401.3 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to an ACL set on the requested resource.

Internet Information Services (IIS)"

 

I have managed to find a reference to a problem, sorry can't remember where looked at so many sites today, that mentioned when the move_uploaded_file() function is used it causes problems with the file permissions and since chmod doesn't work on windows i'm lost as to what to do next.
