willow1872 Posted December 8, 2005 Posted December 8, 2005 I recently installed the paypal IPN which works great but since installing it my customers no longer get and order confirmation email. Now i have to manually go in to every order and update the comments for the customer to receive an email. This cant be right surely? Has anyone got a clue please? :huh:

Has anyone got a clue please? :huh: Have you tried the support thread for the particular ipn contibution you installed? If not that would be a good place to start. Anytime you have problem with a particular contribution the support thread is always the best place to start. The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? There are many very useful osC Contributions Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right??
