tmh Posted December 8, 2005 Posted December 8, 2005 Help! I have a link that used to get me into my website, so that I can make changes and add photos, etc. It no longer works. I also have a link with user-name and password, but that no longer works either. Noone at my non-profit organization has any idea how to log-in or what the problem may be. Please help. Thank you!

A link would be good, also are you just having problems logging into the admin or is the catalog section of your site not working as well? How have you protected your admin section? Are you using a contribution or did you set it up in your cpanel etc.?? The more info you give when you have a problem the easier it will be for someone to help you.... The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? There are many very useful osC Contributions Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right??
tmh Posted December 9, 2005 Author Posted December 9, 2005 Post a link so others can try / see what might be going on Hello Richard, I felt funny posting my access link/user name/password on this board, because then I knew that anyone could log into and make changes on my site (well, that is, if it were possible to log into my site--ha ha). Here, anyway, is the error message that I receive when I try to log in: Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /www/t/taramandala.org/www/ssl/osc-max/catalog/admin/includes/languages/english/index.php:58) in /www/t/taramandala.org/www/ssl/osc-max/catalog/admin/includes/functions/general.php on line 86 Does this help? To answer your questions: 1) I cannot log into my admin section. I do not know what my catalog section is (I am new to OS Commerce and to my work with our website, sorry). As far as I can tell, though, everything else is working fine. 2) I do not believe the admin section has been protected. 3)I wasn't the one who set it up, so I do not know if I am using a contribution or a cpanel. I will be most thankful for any insights you can offer me. Humbly, Alison
