Error accessing store

When clicking on the link for the store on the site I host I get the following error. If I hit refresh in the browser I get to the site.

 

1062 - Duplicate entry '11889' for key 1

 

insert into visitors (date,counter,browser_ip,browser_language,language,referer,uri) values (now(),'1','65.96.206.169','en-us','english','http://www.herbmagee.com','')
