CDGCommerce Multiple Duplicate Orders

A client for whom I installed osCommerce more than a year ago called today and told me that they have just recently been having a problem with the CDGCommerce payment module where they are getting 8 or 9 copies of some orders posted to their merchant account. Everything seems to be working fine with osCommerce, i.e., only a single copy of the order is logged.

 

I'm a little rusty with osCommerce -- the client has been handling the store since it was installed, but this sounds to me like a problem at CDGCommerce, rather than with the payment module. Has anyone else run into this? I just want to get my ducks in a row before contacting CDGCommerce.

what is CDGCommerce payment module? your mean authorize payment module?

 

i use cdgcommerce, haven't experience any problems yet.

CDGCommerce provided a payment module called "CDGCommerce (CDGGateway)".
