cgchris99 Posted December 7, 2005 Posted December 7, 2005 We don't not have the Dimensional shipping module installed but have a problem with oversized products. Since UPS calculates dimensional rates on any Air package this becomes a big problem for us. The customer puts a big item (ie oversized) in their shopping cart and then selects one of the Air Shipment options. The system tries to calculate the rate but it is always wrong because of dimensional rate. What I want to do is flag certain items as oversized. Then when the shipping options show up, only allow ground shipping if there is an oversized item in their shopping cart. Does anyone else have this problem? Are there any solutions? Quote
