Changing Existing Content

I am in the process of finishing my site and I would like to chane/update some of the exisitng placement content in the pages; i.e., login page?

 

the CODE reads:

 

<?php echo TEXT_NEW_CUSTOMER . '<br><br>' . TEXT_NEW_CUSTOMER_INTRODUCTION; ?>

 

 

where is this info being pulled from and how do I go in and change/update it?

 

i am pretty well versed in HTML; however, php is new to me so i don't want to strip out the code and just replace it with html intead.
