Image doesn't display on the product view

In the backend:

When we add a new product, the image is uploaded and shows up fine in the admin. If we come back and edit the product, we can see the image, and again all appears to be fine on the backend.

 

In the store front:

Tthe image does not appear. We've tried different images, different browsrs, different computers, different ISPs, different OSs.

 

A Google search and a search on this forum do not return any results of this nature. Is there a cache file that's causing this?

 

I've confirmed that the image is on the server, so it's being uploaded, the images name is in the form when it's submitted, but the image name never gets entered into the database.

 

Why does the image show up in the ADMIN if the path isn't in the database? Thus my question about a cache.
