EuroTech Posted December 7, 2005 Posted December 7, 2005 I installed authorize.net 1.8 in my store. under test mode card passes fine. under production i get a message saying my card has been declined. when i look in my authorize.net account it shows the order and a message saying general error. does anyone know what could be wrong? I'm clicking confirm and it takes me back to the payment screen and i see this "Your credit card was declined (): " Quote

I found the issue. Authorize.net 1.8 works great. the problem was on authorize.net side. they had one of there settings wrong with the proccessor configuration. Quote
