One Product with 2 sub-product

Hi, I am ousing OSCommerce for contact lens and sunglasses online shop. Sunglasses product page is easy to build. I am having problem to figure out to configure Contact Lens product page.

 

In case of the contact lens, I have for each product for example "Daily Lens" to sub product "Left Eye" and "Right Eye". And for each sub product, the customer can select different quantity and select different option for each eye, like the prescription for each eye. a good example of what I am trying to accomplish is at http://www.1800contacts.com/product.aspx?itm=000170

 

I have been trying to figure out this issue for a while, I hope someone came across similar issue, or knows how to help me. Thanks, Albert ;)

Master Products - MS2

Thanks Dan for your help, I think this might do it. Do you know of any storeowner that implemented Master Products - MS2 on their website. I like to see an example. Thanks again. Albert
