Urgent Help needed

Thanks for your time in advance. I am new to PHP and osCom. I hosed my shipping selections when checking out and am in dire need to get this fixed quick.

 

Situation:

I had Flat Rate and all methods for UPS working.

I decided that I didn't want to offer ground UPS anymore, so went into the file and commented out the UPS methods I didn't want, including ground, World, etc.

The shipping methods went nuts and no longer are offered.

 

What I have tried.

Manual reinsertion of shipping methods back into file

Uninstall/Reinstall of UPS shipping module

Creation of 2nd storefront, downloding chechout_shipping.php, shipping.php, configuration.php, etc and uploading these files into the original storefront

 

I have a backup, but I don't think that it's possible to selectively restore, so I haven't done that yet, as I don't want to lose my customer info.

 

Is there a way to get all this fixed? To see what I am referring to, please go to my site:

man, your site is damn slow. Are your images so big ?

Anyway...

 

Is it possible that you have to customize in both shipping modules, flat and best way ?

Perhaps try to reset the values in both.

 

Next to mention: The checkout process tells me, that only one shipping method is avail :

This is currently the only shipping method available to use on this order.

As you told us, you already tried to de-install it. I guess via admin.

Have you tried to remove the files in catalog/includes/modules/shipping on your server as well ? => Backup first !!

 

I dont know exactly how the shipping modules works, but have something unclear in mind, that it is possible to set a new module in the correct folder and do the rest install via admin.

So the other way (to uninstall) => delete the corresponding file (backup !!)
