Orders Listing & Customer Listing in Admin Panel

Whenever I go into ORDERS or CUSTOMERS pages in the CUSTOMERS section of the ADMIN area, it always lists all orders or all customers on the same page. However, at the bottom it shows that it's listing the first 20. If you click to show the next page, it increments the counter to suggest it is showing the next 20, but it still shows all customers or orders.

 

Here is what I am seeing on the customer page. Each page suggests that I am seeing 20 customers, but all 283 are listed on each page.

 

"...

Displaying 1 to 20 (of 283 customers) << Page 1 of 15 >>

Displaying 21 to 40 (of 283 customers) << Page 2 of 15 >>

..."

 

Is this my own doing, or is someone aware of this and know how to rectify it. It's not creating any problems for me at this point. so I'll only be concerned when I get a bunch more customers.
