Payment options do not appear.

Hello Group

I have installed a new download of 2.2 oSC or use an older version but both display a consistent problem of no problems until entering checkout. The box for payment options is empty and pressing "Continue" repeats the same page with no CC or other options. I've run oSC for a while but the problem seem to come up with all versions tried only after installing the Register_Globals contribution, which now needed to have any page appear. If I subsitute any of the original files that were modified for the Register_Globals contribution, the cart does not work at all so troubleshooting by substitution is out.

 

Where do I start looking? Because it happens the same with every installation, either local or on the remote server, with any version of OSC I've tried it must be something others have seen also.

Any ideas?
