How to change text to outgoing emails?

Forgive me if this has already been posted somewhere here but for the life of me, I can't find it.

 

Where do we go to change the outgoing emails that os sends to customers? For example, order confirmation emails (listing product(s) purchased, etc).

look in your includes/languages/english folder eg contact form includes/languages/english/contact.php all text for page and emails is there
