Urgent Shipping Module Help Needed

Thanks for your time in advance. I am new to PHP and osCom. I hosed my shipping selections when checking out and am in dire need to get this fixed quick.

 

Situation:

I had Flat Rate and all methods for UPS working.

I decided that I didn't want to offer ground UPS anymore, so went into the file and commented out the UPS methods I didn't want, including ground, World, etc.

The shipping methods went nuts and no longer are offered.

 

What I have tried.

Manual reinsertion of shipping methods back into file

Uninstall/Reinstall of UPS shipping module

Creation of 2nd storefront, downloding chechout_shipping.php, shipping.php, configuration.php, etc and uploading these files into the original storefront

 

I have a backup, but I don't think that it's possible to selectively restore, so I haven't done that yet, as I don't want to lose my customer info.

I have created an account for testing. Please try to purchase something and proceed to checkout. Notice that the shipping methods are not showing, with the exception of Flat and Best (and no radio buttons)
