Changing store appearance

I'm usually quite quick and good at these things, having customized many other plug-in applications, but I can't for the life of me figure out where/how I go about changing the template of my store! I've been checking the help and browsing the forums, but I am totally lost. Where are the design/template files located?

The base package of osC does not use a templating system such as Smarty which I assume you have been exposed to in the past. The visual look of the system is embedded in the page code. There are a couple of templating systems which have been developed as contributions. Take a look over there, there is a whole section for templates.

Be well,

Never heard of Smarty. When I said "template files", I meant PHP includes or TPL files. I found them in the includes folder.

Thanks!

As Tina mentioned, all the code is embedded throughout many different files.

There's no 'simple' way of customising the store, just work your way through bit by bit, file by file, or install a template type contribution.
