Popup with additional information

Hi all.

 

I have installed this contrib into a system.

 

popup module

 

It allows me to display product name, model, price and description, and it also has an add to cart or buy now button.

 

Whenever I use this I receive the following Javascript error

Error: 'opener.document.forms.cart_quantity' is null or not an object

Code: 0

URL (this is the popup_image.php?pID=3

 

I am not 100% with javascript but everyone says the opener is not defined, but I have simply followed the instal of this script as it was?

 

Anyone got any ideas

Any help would be appreciated, I expect its something daft, but honestly do not know.

I am sure this issue is something very silly, and thats the only reason it is not being replied to, but can anyone help me with it.

 

I have used the various level contribs for it none make any difference.

I have tried everything with the limited exposure I have had to Javascript, and cannot see anything wrong with it, sadly the one site I found that has it working has not repied to my email asking for assistance in comparing theirs with mine, and the contrib creator suggested I msn him, which I did but he has not replied either.

 

Is there anyone out there that has had this working and can offer some guidance as to what I am doing wrong, or not doing.
