check out page not loading correctly

hi can any please help me check out pages do not load correctly they miss bits out but if you refresh page it loads ok this happens on all check out pages e.g shipping /payment method/confirmation.

it seems to be only on internet explorer on firefox it seems ok

this has only happened since i accidently delete file checkout_confirmation.php

but i have reinstalled it

any ideas please help

Did you have any contributions/mods/customizations done to those files? Or done to checkout_confirmation.php that might have been missed in your reinstall?

hi no i did not any add ons or upgrades to to file checkout_confirmation.php
