Removing Stuff!

Hello,

 

I need help removing some options on my homepage such as language option, I dont want it to be optional.

I also want to ask, I've seen that some places the Oscommerce Copyright has been removed... is that legal? and if it is how do i do that?

 

Now that I have your attention I would like to ask one last thing?

 

Were do i get an easy to install admin login, when i want to go to the admin page it goes directly to it, with no password requirements...
