Anyone know if there is a contribution for buy 1 get 1 free or buy ? get 1 free, I would be able to set it in the admin section for that

The only thing I could think of to try is to set up a discount code for that item with a requirment of a purchase for the amount of the item. That way, it can be entered and it will disount the whole amount of the item you specify when a certain amount is purchased, ie, the items cost.
