MYSQL ERROR

I'm new to oscommerce. My site has been up and running for about a month with out trouble until today. I'm getting the following error message can help?

 

1016 - Can't open file: 'sessions.MYI'. (errno: 145)

 

select value from sessions where sesskey = '83cfb53dad657da9d54f589535fafec0' and expiry > '1133740695'

have your webhost repair the database, perhaps delete the sessions.MYI file (it will get auto-recreated). You probably won't be able to delete it (or find it) yourself - - they have to do it.

you can use phpmyadmin to repair the index file, a simple thing to do.
