can not for the life of me change the width of the shopping_cart.php file

Ok, i've been trying all day, editing all kinds of files, and I can not for the life of me get the shopping_cart.php file to look correct. I need to set the overall table width to 864, but it is fighting me the whole way.

Just click ->NFL->Atlanta Falcons->test prodctct->buy now

 

If you view the source of that bottom frame you will see I have the table set to 864. I'm thinking it has something to do with those middle tables where the product, qty, etc are displayed, but I can't figure out how to change them all.

 

Anyone had experience with this before?
