Help errors where there were none 5 minutes ago

Hi

 

I just recently cleared the products_to_categories table and then re-populated it with data. I have done this before and it worked fine but all of a sudden it has come up with this error:

Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this one?

Fixed now by changing perms, Thanks heaps for your help much appreciated
