Check and make sure your english.php file is where it is supposed to be. admin/includes/languages/english.php The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? There are many very useful osC Contributions Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Check and make sure your english.php file is where it is supposed to be. admin/includes/languages/english.php All seems to be there. I added links manager contrib. I asked for help there and got no reply. It seems to be in admin/boxes maybe admin/boxes/tools.php but I have tried several fixes and none works. Anytime you see the uppercase lables like that it means that osC cannot find the defines for that particular heading. Since you seem to have so many it probably means that either osC cannot find the language file or there is a major problem with it. The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem?
