We use UPS as our primary shipper. I have triple checked all of our config settings indicating that the shipments are residential, daily pick-up, etc... yet it pricing is way off on some. Particularly, the big hit comes with that pesky rural delivery surcharge... therefore on these type packages we're loosing $2 bucks an order. I spoke with UPS and they indicated that the surcharge rate should be calculated when connecting with their server... so it must be something with OSC. Has anyone had this problem?
