Product Extra Field SQL error

hi, can anyone help me fix this error i get:

 

1146 - Table 'katesmed_database.products_extra_fields' doesn't exist

SELECT * FROM products_extra_fields ORDER BY products_extra_fields_order

[TEP STOP]

 

i checked to see if the table was missing, but it's there.

 

any suggestions or help?
