How do I install the Master Products contribution?

I'm new to all this lark, I've seen some sites/people using the Master Products contribution and I really need to install it but I don't understand the install instructions. I think I needto copy the files I've downloaded over the files currently in my osCommerce install so I've done that but then in the instructions it says

Install the files - changes are marked in the files for those who wish to copy and paste.

Run the master.sql file on your database.

It's the Run the master.sql file on your database bit I don't understans, how do I do this?

If anyone here can be bothered to do a kind of step-by-step how to install master products thing that would be most helpful.

Cheers

John

You need to use the application which you use to look at your database. Something like mySQL. Should have link from your hosting provider through cPanel or similar.

If you are using myPHPadmin then look on the first page under a text box for a button marked BROWSE. Click that then find the .sql file and it will run on your dbase building the new tables etc.

Hope this helps.
