However, the product I sell is custom contact cards, note cards, etc, where the customer must provide me with the information to be included on the custom cards (thier name, address, salutation, type of font from 3 choices, etc)... Basically I need the customer to complete a form and that form has to be "attached" to the product when checking out, so I know how to design the card...is anyone aware of something similar already existing for osCommerce sites?
