How do you show a picutre of credit cards under the 'payment method' column during checkout

I saw another store that had a picture of credit cards by the payment method column where you have the option to select paypal, check money, etc.. I would like it to also say 'Paypal is the only method available for credit card payment. You don't need a paypal account.'

 

Does anyone know how to do this?
