assigning image id to a picture in PHP

Hi I want to know how to assign image name and ID to a picture in PHP the basic code in html is <img src="images/blingring.jpg" width="200" height="200" name="blingring" id="blingring">

 

the PHP on the product listing page looks like:

Where would I insert code for image Id and NAME?
