dux
Hi. I guess this is the right thread since I couldnt find any satisfactory contribution. Maybe Im just not good enhough at searching :) I want a shorter order process. The last page Order confirmation in the process is actually how I want the design and the place to type in information right after hitting Checkout button. But how do I do that ? It is OK to have standard values in shipping method and payment method (creditcard) so you just have to type in delivery address + billing information which in my case is identical. Here is the information listed on the webpage. Order Confirmation Delivery Address (Edit) Daffy Duck Toon street 1 Las Vegas, 123456 USA (e-mail - addition to existing information) Shipping Method (Edit) Flat Rate (Best Way) Products (Edit) 1 x There's Something About Mary*** $49.99 Billing Information Billing Address (Edit) Daffy Duck Toon street 1 Las Vegas, 123456 USA (e-mail - addition to existing information) Payment Method (Edit) Cash on Delivery Sub-Total: $49.99 Flat Rate (Best Way): $5.00 Total: $54.99 I have read the conditions of use and I agree to them. dux
Thank you :) "fast easy checkout 2.0" seems to be what Im looking for. my website is: www.mrcph.dk/catalog But when I try to go through the process it says after I have confirmed the order: ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Create an Account Your order has been successfully processed! Your products will arrive at their destination within 2-5 working days. Please direct any questions you have to the store owner. Thanks for shopping with us online! Create an Account? By creating an account at osCommerce you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. MY_PASSWORD_TITLE * Required information Enter Password * Password Confirmation: * ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Since my customers never shall have the choice to register as an account (Purchase Without Account) I dont want them to get to this page. In fact they should be logged out and say something like: "Thank you for buying, you want hear about product update" just like in normal checkout. As I said, my customers should never have the choice to register as an account (Purchase Without Account) in my shop. Just input their details and confirm the order. So how do I remove this on the first page of checkout: ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My Account Information Existing Customer : Login In E-mail address: Password Password Forgotten? Click Here... ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- And also this section on the same page should be removed: ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Create an Account? By creating an account at osCommerce you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. Yes please, create an account for me. No thanks, this is a one time purchase. * Please choose a password if you want to create an account Password: * Password Confirmation: * -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
