Problems with UPS & Canada Post Shipping

I installed 2 shipping modules - UPS & Canada Post Shipping. And both moduls doesn't work.

 

When I try to checkout the store write:

 

1. UPS:

An error occured with the UPS shipping calculations.

error

If you prefer to use UPS as your shipping method, please contact the store owner.

 

2. Canada Post:

Cannot reach Canada Post Server. You may refresh this page (Press F5) to try again.

If you prefer to use canadapost as your shipping method, please contact the store owner.

 

I'm from Canada. What I need to do?
