Price per square foot and other additions

I am using Creloaded OSC version 6.15

 

I am looking for a contrib that allows me to add in, after price, per square foot or per square yard. i am creating a site for a carpet company, and need to be able to specify this for different products. Any ideas?

 

Also, I want to add something like this: You have a main product, lets say a type of carpet, but I want to have sub-items availlable only for that item, like different types of that carpet, colors, etc. to be displayed underneath. Each sub-item would need its own picture and description. I thought about using attributes, but there will be so many products, the current attribute setup would become a pain to manage. I just want this avaiable per product, with the ability to set up in each products page.
