Cache directory does not exist

Ok, I have read many forums on this issue but nothing is working for me.

My DOCUMENT_ROOT is /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/moanagifts.com/httpsdocs. I set this path under Configuration - Cache in admin and cache set to true. Below is my configure.php. Any help would be appreciated.

I haven't gotten the default cache option workin either.

Chemo's "page cache" works like a charm though. You can find it in the contributions section.
