Is our 1-man ISP/Server Admin stealing our orders ? - *Pics*

Hi, we have a OScommerce site that has some confusing stats when viewing the Reports and Orders. When looking under Reports - Customer Orders-Total, it says there are 21 customers, though it only lists 3. See detailed screen shot pics at http://www.flickr.com/photos/eswebsite . Also on the Administration main page, it says we have 20 pending orders, though when we click on Pending it only shows 13 orders pending. When we click on all orders, it shows zero; see pics at site above. So the only orders it shows is us doing test orders. Since November 2nd we have had 1400 unique visitors and haven't made a sale yet other than our test orders and 1 real order I placed; though on eBay we show the same products and after 21 views we had a purchase. Do you think it's possible that our 1-man Server Admin/Cart designer can delete entries from the database without our knowledge and take our orders? We do not have root or real admin access to the server; only via the OSCommerce Admin and Plesk. Any info is appreciated.

Cheers,

John

John,

I am having a similar problem. My clients store has been working just fine for about a year now. All of a sudden, on the adminstration menu, it says Pending: 20....you click on pending to take you to the orders and it says 19. Pending is off by 1 and All Orders are off by 1.

Can someone help?? I have been searching for the answer for about 2 weeks now.

What I don't understand is this pic : http://www.flickr.com/photo_zoom.gne?id=65446617&size=o

1) How can it only list 3 customers when it says "Displaying 1-20 (of 21 customers)" at the bottom of the Report.

2) The second page to show the 21st customer is blank. This pic: http://www.flickr.com/photo_zoom.gne?id=65446618&size=o

Where did 19 customers go out of 21???

According the Admin panel it says we have 72 customers: pic->http://www.flickr.com/photo_zoom.gne?id=65448559&size=o

Any ideas ???????????????????????

No I don't, I wish I did. My clients site has been working just fine for a long time. Now out of the blue the "pending orders" and "All orders" count is off by 1. The bad thing is, i don't even know if there is a missing order? stuck order? We do not use pay pal or anyother payment gateway..........

If you find the answer, please let me know. I'll do the same.
