Manual Order processing through admin

Dear Sirs


I have a website in place. I find that some customer just call direct and make a payment. I then have to place an order on the hsbc website. But the problem is i do not have a method to update my own website with this order - hence the customer has no way of tracking the order and the system at the moment is reliant on manual input.


What i would like is to be able to create and order in admin, where i can put in the customer details and then get transfered to our payment processing website so that the customers credit/debit card details can be entered.


In this way, both systems will be in sync with each other.


Can anyone help on this issue.
