I looked in the language file in my admin folder but I don't seem to be getting anywhere. I know I'm looking in the wrong place but sheesh, I need some help here, please.

All of the titles on my admin pages are like

BOX_HEADING_CONFIGURATION

BOX_HEADING_CONFIGURATION

BOX_CONFIGURATION_MYSTORE, BOX_CONFIGURATION_LOGGING, BOX_CONFIGURATION_CACHE

BOX_HEADING_MODULES

BOX_HEADING_MODULES

BOX_MODULES_PAYMENT, BOX_MODULES_SHIPPING

BOX_HEADING_CATALOG

BOX_HEADING_CATALOG

CATALOG_CONTENTS, BOX_CATALOG_MANUFACTURERS

very annoying.

It usually means that e.g. BOX_HEADING_CONFIGURATION has not been defined in the language file.

In the langauage file, it should read something like: (define: BOX_HEADING_CONFIGRUATION, 'Configuration');

if you are sure that they are defined, you probably deleted the "require DIR_WS_LANGUAGES........ " out of one of your admin files.
