How to change this code correctly

I know that I am throwing out a lot here but I need some serious help. Thanks for all that has suggestions.

 

 

Also, something went really haywire with my catagories. I get BOX_HEADING_XXXX_XXXX everywhere. It looks like this:

Ok here's a standard osC index .php change yours back to this save and upload to your server via ftp then PM me telling me want you want to take out or you can put // infront of your define to edit it out but leave in your code incase you ever want to reinstate.

Those BOX-HEADINGS your are looking at are from your Admin side of the shop and you should check if you have a valid (catalog)/admin/includes/languages/english.php in place.
