It seems when I get an international order, no matter what the customer selects for shipping, once the submit the order for confirmation, the shipping defaults to "Express Intl. Document" (very expensive option!). If you click back to alter, once you confirm, again it switches to "Express Intl. Document" rate. Anyone with a solution to this problem? My developer and I would like to solve this issue right away with the correct plug in. Thank you, www.meyer-media.com
