Hi

I designed a site using OSC last year, and at that time I installed a contrib that allowed the category pages to have a category heading and desciption. For example, at the top of the category list it said:

Accessories

This category contains.....

Instead of:

Lets see what we have here

Now, I'm designing another site, and I want to use this contrib again, but for the life of me I can't find that contrib again. I looked though some contribs, but can't seem to find the same one.

Any help would be appreciated!

I'm a clueless newby, but some time ago I stumbled upon the osCommerce how-to guide which is a document titled: "ms2.2 milestone2 osCommerce Help Documents." It is in the form of a pdf file called: "oscommerce-2.2-ms2-20050805.pdf"

I found instructions to 'Display Category Name' on page 120 in the Tips section. Unfortunately, I can not find the document on the osCommerce website. It's probably hidden somewhere, and I'm sure you'll eventually find it if you search long enough.

However, while searching for the pdf, I did locate an html version here:

http://www.oscommerce.info/docs/english/e_...egory_name.html

I believe this will do what you want to accomplish.

Good luck.
