Easy populate

Greetings

I've been working on the csv file in order to update it but now I have 2 questions:

 

a.) Do I need to send the product names already in alphabetical order? (I want them to appear in alphabetical order)

 

b.) which are caracters that I cannot use in easyPopulate?

I mean: - , : . \ / ? = ! _ " ' ? ? ? ..... and so on

 

 

This is really important since I will upload around 6000 articles
