user permissions issue with configure.php file

This site has been up and running for a while but today I discovered this error when viewing the catalog.

 

Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: /usr/home/anxietytoolbox.com/htdocs/catalog/includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file.

 

I've changed the permissions through FTP Pro a million times with no luck in getting rid of this message. I've used 644 & 777 according to the post-installation instuctions.

Try 704 and see how you get on.

Are you 100% sure you are changing the permissions on the correct file. I cant understand why this is happening. Maybe it is something to do with the server configuration. Contact your ISP.
