help with installing OSC

I have been using OSC for awhile now, however, I cannot get thel latest one to work I am not sure why. Maybe ISP changed that /home/myname no longer equal to /home/myname/public_html/

 

anyway, when I run install, i cannot find the configure.php anymore. I have no idea how to fix it as I try to do a global search and changed the values manually inside configure.php... anyone had this problem before and what should i do about in fixing it ?
