right user permissions on this file.

I just installed this and am getting started. Have not really done anything but entered basic contact info. When I went to just view it has pink at the very top of page and says:

Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: /home/site/public_html/mysite/store/includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file.

 

I can find where to set this? Any suggestions on this. Also is there anywhere I can just read some basic help files. Thanks

Nevermind I figured it out, but still like to know where I can view a help file
