VladDrakul Posted November 16, 2005 Share Posted November 16, 2005 Don't know the reason why but when I open the shop in Internet Explorer opens shop in Portuguese languague however when I open it in Mozilla opens in English languague, which is the deffault languague. How can I solve this to open in both browsers in ENGLISH? I tried to remove the Portuguese languague and install it again, but when I check the store the same problem happens plus doesn't show the CATEGORIES neither the product names (only the prices) How can I solve this also? Hi What do you have in your Internet Explorer Options under "Languages"? Is there Portugese before English... If it's the case, try to move portugese downwards. So this means that any foreign client will see it in English cause they do not have the Portuguese option active in IE? Default language is only used when it's not listed in languages from Internet Explorer Options. In other cases, it will take the another language defined in IE Options if this language is activ in your shop. To answer your second question, Categories and products will not show because no Categories_description nor products_description for that language exist in your database.
